    Really? yeah! I think Fortnite is Really Better. Oh, please don’t shoot me PUBG players! Why would I offend millions of PUBG fans…? There’s still a long way to go. Why not sit back and discover the facts about two phenomenal games in the esports world?

    Both games took the world by storm in 2017. Players were astonished, flabbergasted, amazed, euphoric, impressed and thrilled to play them. The world divided into two; one side captivated by Fortnite’s freshness and the other stunned by PUBG’s gritty reality.

    let’s dig deeper to know their competition

    First Look, First Feel

    PUBG truly feels like a battle royale. An army‑like environment where warriors drop onto hostile terrain to conquer, to snatch victory, to be the last man standing, to win, to taste the iconic chicken dinner. It looks and feels like a real battleground where every moment carries the fear of death.

    And when I first looked at Fortnite, it felt nothing like a battleground. Fresh and colorful, it was fun to gather loot and build forts. But just when you’re busy building, an enemy shows up, and you suddenly remember this is still a battle royale where you have to fight to win. haha. But honestly, once I got used to its playful environment, I stopped forgetting to shoot back and started enjoying the chaos.

    So, for that first impression closest to a real battlefield atmosphere:

    PUBG: 9/10

    Fortnite: 7/10

    Style matters a lot

    Most PUBG players customize their in‑game characters, but honestly, the results aren’t always pleasing to the eye. In my view, you should look good when you claim your chicken dinner or at least die looking stylish. The problem is, PUBG doesn’t offer eye‑catching skins the way Fortnite does. The variety and visual appeal of Fortnite’s cosmetics are far ahead of PUBG’s, making Fortnite the clear winner when it comes to style.

    Fortnite: 9/10

    Who can play them?

    PUBG is built on a soldier’s mindset, kill or be killed. There’s no major distraction from the battlefield, no creative side activity, purely a strategy game. That’s why most boys and young men, from teenagers to adults, choose PUBG, it’s raw survival pressure. But this intensity also means defeat hits harder. Getting eliminated in PUBG often feels brutal, with nothing to soften the sting.

    Fortnite however, plays on a different psychology. Smashing walls, roofs, or boxes with your axe is oddly satisfying, and the ability to build your own fort adds a creative layer. Even when you get killed, the act of building gives you a sense of accomplishment. The frustration of defeat doesn’t cut as deep because Fortnite rewards creativity as much as combat.

    That’s why Fortnite appeals across generations. From the youngest players to even a 75‑year‑old granny, anyone can enjoy the mix of fun, creativity, and light‑hearted competition.

    The Things

    In PUBG, vehicles feel raw and realistic. Driving isn’t always smooth and that’s the point. When you’re escaping enemy fire or chasing someone down, the car bumps, zigzags, and struggles just like it would in real life, giving you that authentic vibe.

    In Fortnite, vehicles are the opposite. They’re too smooth, too perfect in looks, and fit right into the cartoonish environment. Fun to use, but they don’t carry the same “real‑world” driving feel that PUBG delivers.

    The Guns

    Even the names of guns show the difference. In PUBG, you get realistic names like M16, DP‑28, M416, AKM, Mini‑14, M249, Groza. In Fortnite, the names are more playful: OG Pump Shotgun, Exotic Heist Accelerant, MK‑7, Heavy Sniper, Gold Scar.

    When you shoot in PUBG, the gun kicks back with recoil, just like in reality. In Fortnite, there’s no recoil at all, shots feel smooth and easy. The burst and sound effects in PUBG guns feel heavier and more lifelike, while Fortnite’s are cleaner, lighter, and fit its playful style.

    The visuals

    In PUBG, the natural designs never disappoint. The grass, trees, and water all feel carefully worked on, giving the battlefield a realistic edge. You can almost sense the effort put into making the world immersive.

    In Fortnite, the look is fresh and colorful, but sometimes too much. The grass feels overly green, and the trees don’t really stand out, they’re more lively than impressive. That fits Fortnite’s cartoonish style, but when it comes to natural detail, the clear winner is PUBG.

    Updates & Freshness

    PUBG, on the other hand, doesn’t refresh at the same pace. While it adds maps and modes, the updates aren’t as frequent or flashy. That slower rhythm makes PUBG feel more stable and grounded, but it doesn’t have the same “wow factor” of Fortnite’s ever‑changing world.

    Fortnite stays in demand because it constantly feels new. Weekly updates, crossovers, new skins, and collaborations keep the game fresh and exciting. There’s always something different to look forward to, whether it’s a Marvel hero, a Star Wars event, or a quirky new cosmetic.

    The verdict

    At the end of the day, both PUBG and Fortnite are global phenomena, each loved in their own regions for different reasons. PUBG thrives in Asia with its rough, realistic survival vibe, while Fortnite shines in America with its colorful creativity and constant updates.

    So, no offense to anybody, these are two masterpieces men have created for men, and both deserve their place in gaming history. Each has its highs and lows, yet both are not just surviving but thriving. In the end, play the one that suits your style best!

    دور سے دشمن کو تاڑ لینے کے ماہر

    جب میں نے گیم کھیلنا شروع کی تو کبھی بھی سمجھ نہیں آتی تھی کہ دور سے جو فائر آتا ہے، کہاں سے آتا ہے؟ دشمن مجھے کیسے دیکھ لیتا ہے؟ پھر یہ سمجھ آئی کہ دائیں طرف گیم کے اوپر کی جانب ایک چھوٹا سا باکس بنا ہوتا ہے جس میں آپ کے ساتھ دشمن کی نقل و حرکت کا بھی پتہ چلتا ہے،جب دشمن فائر کرتا ہے تو اس باکس میں سرخ نشان ظاہر ہوتا ہے یوں اُدھر نظر رکھنے سے بھی دشمن کو تاڑا جا سکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ ماہر کھلاڑی ہر نئی جگہ پر پہنچتے ہوئے ساتھ ساتھ سارے علاقے کا جائزہ لیتے رہتے ہیں، خاص طور پر عمارتوں کے کونوں، کھڑکیوں اور ٹوٹے ہوئے بنیروں پر نظر رکھتے ہیں، کُھلے علاقے میں درختوں، جھاڑیوں اور پہاڑیوں کے دوسرے سِروں کا جائزہ لیتے ہیں اور ہاں گاڑیوں کو بھی چیک کرتےرہنا ضروری ہے، اگر کسی عمارت کے باہر گاڑی کھڑی ہو تو دشمن یقینی طور پر اندر موجود ہے۔

    نشانہ بازی کے ماہر

    شروع شروع میں جب میں نے دشمن کو مارنے کے لئے فائر کیا تو خود ہی مرنا پڑا کیونکہ نشانہ کچا تھا ، دشمن مرتا تو کیا خاک اُلٹا میری خبر ہو گئی۔ تب ماہر کھلاڑیوں کو کھیلتے دیکھا تو یہ نوٹس کیا کہ وہ دشمن کے سر کا نشانہ لیتے ہوئے اُس سے تھوڑا آگے گولیاں داغنا شروع کرتے ہیں اور بغیر رُکے فائر کرتے رہتے ہیں جب تک وہ ختم نہ ہو جائے۔ جسم کے کسی اور حصے پر گولی مارنا خطرناک ثابت ہو سکتا ہے کیونکہ دشمن مرہم لگا کر دوبارہ میدان میں اُتر سکتا ہے اور پھر آپ کی خیر نہیں۔

    خود کو محفوظ رکھنے کے ماہر

    جب بھی میں نے بھاگنےکے لئے میدان کا رُخ کیا، فوراً ہی فائر کا سامنا کرنا پڑا اور گیم ختم۔ ماہر کھلاڑی کیسے چُھپ جاتے ہیں؟ جب انہیں کھیلتے دیکھا تو پتہ چلا کہ وہ پہلے سموک بم پھینکتے ہیں جس سے دشمن کی حدِ نگاہ کم ہو جاتی ہے اور وہ آپ کو دیکھ نہیں سکتا یوں کہیں بھی جا کر چُھپا جا سکتا ہے اس کے علاوہ جب کھڑکی یا دروازے سے فائر کرنا ہے تو فوراً وہاں سے ہٹ جانا ہے یا زمین پر لیٹ جانا ہے اور اپنی پوزیشن بدل لینی ہے، کھڑے رہ کر اپنی موت کا انتظار نہیں کرنا۔ اور ایک تجویز یہ بھی ہے کہ دشمن زیادہ تر جوتوں کی چاپ سے آپ کی آمد کا اندازہ لگاتا ہے اگر آپ اس آواز کو کنٹرول کر لیں تو دشمن کو حیران کر سکتے ہیں۔ یہ چھوٹی چھوٹی باتیں گیم میں بڑی اچھی بہتری لے آتی ہیں۔

    گرنیڈ پھینکنے کے ماہر

    جب میں نے پہلی دفعہ گرنیڈ پھینکا تو کان ٹھاہ کی آواز سننے کو ترستے ہی رہ گئے اور دشمن نے مجھے ٹائیں ٹائیں فش کر دیا۔ گرنیڈ اپنے نشانے پر تو نہیں لگا البتہ دشمن کو میری لوکیشن کا علم ہو گیا جبکہ مجھے لگتا تھا کہ گرنیڈ پھینکنا قطعاً مشکل نہیں۔ لیکن پھر پتہ چلا کہ یہ بھی سیکھنا پڑے گا۔ بس جی پھر چلے ماہر حضرات کے پاس تو اُنہوں نے سمجھایا کہ 47 میٹر تک کا فاصلہ اپنے اور دشمن کے درمیان ہونا بہتر ہے پھر 4 سیکنڈز تک گرنیڈ کو پکانا ہے اور بہت اچھا ہو گا اگر ‘شو ٹریجیک ٹری لائن’کا بٹن آن کر لیا جائے تو گرنیڈ عین نشانے پر لگے گا اور یقین مانئے واقعی بڑا فرق پڑا۔

    حرفِ آخر
